Hi Stephen, thanks for your report. The "Publish" button will actually
remain dimmed until all three elements of a review are entered, that is,
some review text (in the large upper text area), a review title, and
finally, you must click one of the stars to give a rating. When all
three of these are done, the "Publish" button should become active.
If the "Publish" button remains inactive even after entering all of
these, please let us know and we can investigate further. Else, if this
works for you, please let us know that as well and we can close this
report.
