Public bug reported:

Please note: I have previously submitted this report under "transcode" -
please re-assign that to THIS bug report.

While transcoding a video I am informed that something has gone wrong.
The video continues to be transcoded and finishes sucessfully, as far as
I can see, however the error warnings pop up again and again.

Please note that I did update my system a few hours ago, running precise
pangolin - I installed from a daily live CD iso dated 17 jan 2012 and
have done updates twice a day since then.

The system is as per original install, tho with added codecs and a few
extra applications such as flash, vlc, and a few others - I have set
hosts.deny to block all, turned on the firewall, set up sysctl.conf to
reduce swappiness and uncommented some of the security aspects in that
file. However I have not fiddled with the system otherwise.
