I've configured so I have extended desktop with arandr,
but Notes always open on the extended monitor when xubuntu starts, instead of
the main one.
i'm guessing my extended monitor might be my primary, but no other application
seems to have this problem.
now i use xpad instead, but it'd be nicer to use the already installed and xfce
native notes.
