UPDATE possible fix :
I installed the linux-image-3.3.0-030300rc1
from the http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.3-rc1-precise/
and now it is fine , except the wireless connection keeps disconnecting every
10 minutes or something like that.
what to do now ?
