$ uname -a Linux g4 3.2.0-10-powerpc #17-Ubuntu Thu Jan 19 20:24:11 UTC 2012 ppc ppc ppc GNU/Linux As mentioned in the other bug, the mainline kernels seem only available to x86 users. If there is another site to get the PPC kernels, let me know and I can try it. ** Tags added: kernel-unable-to-test-upstream -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/919654 Title: Very long delays during boot - BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 24s!
