Public bug reported:

Per upstream bug report at http://archives.postgresql.org/pgsql-
hackers/2011-12/msg00872.php, upgrading PG 8.4 or earlier to PG 9.0 or
later fails if your databases contain python stored procedures. The
plpython.so was renamed to plpython2.so, and pg_upgrade does not cope.
