Public bug reported:
When a ARB app is coming from software-center-agent its only handled correctly
if extras.ubuntu.com is already
in the sources.list. and updated. If that is not the case s-c will fail.
Instead it should
a) update sources.list if extras.ubuntu.com is missing there
b) refresh (apt-get update) if app is missing but extras.ubuntu.com is there
c) if it the app can not be found it needs to either hide it or show a
"not-found" screen
