This is on up to date 12.04.
TEST CASE:
1. open evolution that has a lot of folders-- enough to create an orage
scrollbar line that is approximately 20% of the scrolled window height
2. go about midway down the scrolled window, and however the scollbar to have
the scrollbar handle pop up.
3. click and drag the scroll handle to the bottom of the scrolled window
At this point I would expect to be at the bottom of the scrolled window,
but instead I am not. I'm not sure if this is intended or not, but the
behavior is unexected and at times annoying because I have to regrab the
scrollbar handle to go where I want to go. I will attach screencast
momentarily.
