Public bug reported:

setup:
in the tray I have the following icons (from top to bottom):
-nautilus (keep in launcher checked)
-firefox (keep in launcher checked, running)
-terminal (keep in launcher checked, running)
-clementine (keep in launcher not checked, running)
-thunderbird (keep in lauchner checked, not running)
-workspace switcher (can't be removed)
all the windows are minimized via the minimize button next to the close button
at the top of the application windows so I can the desktop.

expected:
when right-clicking a running application in the launcher and selecting "Quit",
I expect that application to quit and the other applications to stay minimized.

what happens:
when right-clicking a running application in the launcher and selecting "Quit",
all minimized applications un-minimize e.g. are displayed again in the size
and in the position they were before i minimized them.
