Public bug reported: Importing an audio CD to MP3 shows following problems with the ID3 'year' tag:
- If Banshee can't get album information from Internet and you set the 'year' tag manually, Banshee doesn't save the 'year' as ID3 tag. When opening the files with EasyTag (or any other tagging software) , the 'year' tag is empty, although visible in Banshee. - If Banshee get album information from Internet, but the year is wrong (for classical music I use the recording date as 'year', not the album release date) and you change it manually, Banshee saves the wrong year as ID3 tag but shows the correct date (see attachment)!!
