This is probably because of an old version of PK - could you please install the
PackageKit version from my PPA ("Packagekit & Listaller") and try to reproduce
this?
As soon as the PackageKit version in Debian reaches Testing, I'll request a
merge, which will finally fix these "aptcc-blocking-bugs". (at least that's
what I expect)
