For some reason I was under the impression feisty shipped with 0.10.2 (I
could swear I saw it on packages.ubuntu.com a while before the release),
but it looks I was just confused. There's no big difference between
0.10.4 and 0.10.5. Sorry about that.

While on the topic of flump3dec, there's a yet-unreleased fix for
flump3dec though that you might want to backport, it triggers a false
assertion about SBLIMIT / SSLIMIT because of an unsigned/signed issue
(IIRC) (there are a few bugs in bugzilla about this).
