happened when updating packages
initscripts installation reported that file /etc/init.d/ondemand did not
exist
saw existing found /etc/init.d/ondemand.bak
copied /etc/init.d/ondemand.bak to /etc/init.d/ondemand
performed update again and this time initscripts installed correctly
