** Description changed: VERY often (8/10) when any USB device is plugged at start, all USB ports becames "disabled" during boot. Even LEDs in mouse/keyboard/pendrives remains black. In this time internal keyboard and touchpad works fine. It happend during boot, because earlier eg in grub menu, external keyboard works fine. Usually help restart without USB devices. I use Ubuntu 11.10 with 3.0.0-14-generic x86_64 on Dell Latitude 6510, 4GB, IntelHD. P.S.
