This is not a duplicate. The other bug reports it not working when
manually setting from the command line. My report is because there is no
way to turn it on in the UI. It needs to be implemented into the System
Settings somewhere to allow power users to use this feature. It is a
different report and could be addressed for the 12.04 release before the
UI freeze.
