Still get randomly this issue with 3.2.012-generic-pae kernel :
fall in trouble if plymouth screen appear at the very beginning (kernel panic
or freeze)
but never get that issue if the screen stay black while booting, ( e.g. dont
get the plymouth screen)
so it might have a time race with the init process, or an issue with
plymouth.
