I was not sure if they were separate issues as they all cropped up in one update with unity. Thanks for clearing it up.
Please can there be an option added to Unity Settings to turn off the duplicate launchers. I understand that some people want it. I don't see the point or a way to easily launch it without having a feature like bug 2 and 3 above.
