Using 5.2-rc1 (but also happens with Precise packages), the workspace
switcher icon moves one up from the trash item when dragging another
item _outside_ of the launcher towards the trash item.
Though the drop point marker shows up at the right position, the empty
place between workspace switcher and trash suggests a wrong drop point
(and indeed, the launcher item will be placed correctly above the
workspace switcher).
