Public bug reported:
Sometimes gnome-terminal does not update its displayed output until i press
another key. For example, if i am in the home directory and type "Pictu" the
terminal might get stuck at "Pict". To make the u appear, i need to press
another key (doesn't matter if i press the left key to display 'u' or the 'r'
key to display 'ur'). This also happens while executing a batch program: the
output gets stuck and i need to press a key to see the output all the way to
the new prompt.
I'm pretty sure this did not happen until a week ago or so.
