I was Safely Removing a USB from the launcher when a a black screen with
error messages. Something like the stuff that goes behind X. Pressing
"Esc" brought X back. After that I wasn't able to attach other USB
devices to the computer. Here is something from dmesg that was showing
on the screen at that time:
