This appears after "GRUB" loading

*[ Minimal BASH-like line editing is supported. For the first word, TAB
lists possible command completions. Anywhere else TAB lists the possible
completions of a device/filename.
grub> _]*
When I press TAB, there is a long list of "words" that I could change
from the"grub" command prompt.
This first appeared yesterday when I added a HD caddy to my system. I
checked in my BIOS today and noticed the floppy seek was not disabled;
so I enabled it; this made no difference; however, when I disabled it
again the system booted as normal?
