Public bug reported:
When I start X programs from the GNOME terminal, I see the following
error message:
$ xterm
Warning: locale not supported by Xlib, locale set to C
It happens not just with xterm but also with xload, xclock, etc.
I'm using the Esperanto locale:
$ locale

LC_NUMERIC="eo_XX.UTF-8"
LC_TIME="eo_XX.UTF-8"

I'm using Ubuntu-7.04 (feisty fawn) with latest updates.
I don't recall seeing this bug in Ubuntu-6.06 (dapper) which I used before so
it might be a regression.
