1. Disconnect from the Internet.
2. Open the Ubuntu One control panel.
3. Reconnect to the Internet.
What happens:
2. Error text appears in the control panel, "An internet connection is required
to join or sign in to Ubuntu One", and the "Join now" button is unclickable.

3. The error text persists and the "Join now" button is still unclickable.
What should happen:
3. The error text disappears and the "Join now" button becomes clickable.
