Thanks, William. Perhaps the problem is that higher level stacks like
juju and nova auto-install libvirt, disinclining the user to actually
read the libvirt docs. I'll mark this invalid, but it might be a good
idea to retitle the bug something about libvirt documentation. Perhaps
a libvirt.7 manpage, containing much of the libvirt server docs info,
would be helpful. However, that does risk the usual out-of-sync docs
issue.
