I resolved this issue adding certain option to snd-hda-intel module. With model=6stack-digout everything works. I placed it to /etc/modprobe.d/options file But still there are many unused volume bars for different audio channels, though only two actually needed: front and surround - they control built-in speakers and phone jack respectively. "Wave" bar controls master volume. Make sure those two channels (front and surround) are unmuted in alsamixer.
