** Description changed:
Bug #779382 is claimed fixed.
Update-notifier never displays in Oneiric and Precise, I've just learned from
the other bug that it should.
Regular_auto_launch is set to '0', when update-manager invokes it's icon
wiggles in launcher, no other notifications are displayed.
