Yesterday I got annoyed over that this bug still existed and did some
investigation.

As far as I can see It(unbounded keys for locale Y/N) has been discussed
and solved upstream a long time ago. A breif look at the git source and
Ubuntu's source it lookes like it should be solved, but I got the same
result as you(but with LANG=sv_SE.UTF-8).

It looks like all localized Y/N have been replaced with 'Y/N' in the
translation files I've looked in(i.e po/sv.po:1058) so there must be
some other magic that is interfering.

I was hoping to patch this by my self but I duno whats causing it atm.
