As far as I know, the wobbly plugin has always had this bug. I've seen
it for many years.
I believe the title bar (decorations) and window content are two
separate textures. So if their wobbling coordinates disagree even
slightly, or if either is not rendered with correct texture clamping
setting, then you will see a gap.
I've never actually looked at the wobbly code though. This is just
theory from observing the bug...
