Public bug reported:
I set my button layout to "close,spacer,minimize,maximize:menu" and this
causes some undesirable behavior with the Ambiance theme (see attached
screenshot).
As you can see, the spacer has no trough. It should be drawn with
trough_middle.png in this case.
Also, the right side, where the menu button is, only draws the right
side of the trough. It would look much better if the left side of the
trough was included.
