The problem is really in kuartetlib, which appears to be from http://www
.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=32541 and not provided by
Ubuntu/Kubuntu at all. I'm afraid there's really nothing much we can do
about this; I recommend you report this to the maintainers of
kuartetlib.
