Please sync fcitx-fbterm 0.1.2-1 from Debian Sid to Ubuntu (universe),
this is a new package to Ubuntu, it's Fcitx's fbterm support, to enable
people input characters like Chinese, Japanese and Korean in a Linux
framebuffer console.

   * New upstream release: for fcitx 4.2.0.
   * Drop 0001-use-bash-in-header.patch: applied upstream.
