I downgrade to 2.6.39 kernel and bug was present. I unable to connect to wi-fi
with 2.6.38.
Now I use 3.3-rc2 and all good. Also I have no issues with 3.3-rc1.
Ubuntu 11.04 had issues with out-of-the-box kernel 2.6.38 (see bug #767192).
