Public bug reported:

I'm running Ubuntu 10.04, and trying to install Ubuntu 12.04 on
VirtualBox, and when it gets towards the end of the installation, it was
"Configuring network..." or something similar, it crashes, and never
completes the installation. I've tried a few times, and each time it
crashes in the same spot. Thanks!
