Yesterday, I logged into Ubuntu 12.04 without any screen freeze!

Before I moved from living room to my bed room and swiched the notebook
on - only on battery. I noticed that I no wifi network has been shown by
Ubuntu. I switched wifi off and on -> no wifi network found so far.

I moved back to living room, switched my notebook on - only on battery.
Wifi has been found and I logged into my wifi network. I did an update
with the Ubuntu updater to current version with kernel 3.2.0.14 from
yesterday and installed ADM properitary driver shipped with Ubuntu.

I swichen my notebook on and off, installed cheese, used Firefox, etc.
All with battery and also on mains!

Then I did one last try before I went to bed and got the screen freeze!

This issue is really strange and I don't know what the root cause of
this issue might be.

Today I installed the current Ubuntu 12.04 and got my "normal" Ubuntu
screen freeze. I love it.

Any help on this is highly appreciated!

Thanks,
Joerg
