This is a crash in the D-BUS backend. Unfortunately the stack trace is
only for the client side, but that's quite worthless. Can you please
open a terminal, run

   sudo /usr/lib/language-selector/ls-dbus-backend --debug

then use language-selector and reproduce the steps that lead to this
crash? (Looks like you were trying to set new language/region system-
wide). That should crash ls-dbus-backend, and you should get some
output. Can you please copy&paste that here? Thanks!

  org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Did not receive a reply. Possible
  causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the
  message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout
  expired, or the network connection was broken.
