** Description changed:

  STR:

  1. Open ubuntuone-control-panel-gtk
  2. Go to Services tab
  3. Untick File sync - syncdaemon shuts down
  4. Close Ubuntu One control panel

  5. Open control panel again
  6. Try to enable file sync

  Actual results:
SD does not start therefore it is not providing the dbus method to enable
itself. Control panel status shows File Sync error.
(org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: )

  Expected results:
SD is found to be disabled and data is not being fetched from it, when SD is
enabled again, the config is modified directly and sd is started via dbus call.

+ WORKAROUND:
+ Open ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf and change
+ files_sync_enabled = False
+ to
+ files_sync_enabled = True
