Extra debug information attached automatically. I should also note that
this happened while I was upgrading from 10.04 to 11.04 (in two steps)
using do-release-upgrade; The first upgrade, from 10.04 to 10.10 seemed
to have gone right. After that, I immediately ran it a second time (to
update to 11.04), resulting in this error.
