Apparently I have the same problem. In my case it often happens when I scp a lot of data to a VM running in VirtualBox. The error shows in dmesg output on both guest and host, the host freezes for a minute or so. It might just be triggered by VirtualBox flushing virtual disk image changes to SSD.
