Public bug reported:
The template directory installed by the package is: /usr/share/bins (see
dpkg -L bins)
The software looks for templates in: /usr/local/share/bins
(see output from 'strace -f bins <images-dir> <album-dir>')
The error message:
Cannot find template style 'swigs'
$ lsb_release -rd

$ apt-cache policy bins
bins:
Installed: 1.1.29-13

Workaround: Create a ~/.bin directory and copy template files from
/usr/share/bins to there.
