This seems to be fixed now for me, at least for the libwebkitgtk 1|3 ubuntu3 packages.
In the process of troubleshooting it prior to finding this and you issuing a fix, I'd removed apt-get -f install to try and fix, and removed ubuntu-desktop, gwibber, and a ton of others. Now get the same thing with gwibber, breaking my reinstalling the ubuntu-desktop metapackage. I think i'll live with it here though.
