Public bug reported:
Since 0.7.71+-svn1399-0ubuntu2, S-C-P use Ubuntu specific test page data and
does not use CUPS test page function.
So, we have to change tool tip string:
../printerproperties.py:584
also should be "Ubuntu test page" or such kind of words instead of S-C-P
upstream string; "CUPS test page."
