I have found one in a related bug ##494058, the ppa is 
ppa:paul-climbing/lesstif+nedit, however I have managed to add it using 
add-apt-repository, the sources.list.d file created for it is 
paul-climbing-lesstif_nedit-oneiric.list , so I'd say this is fixed, as the 
plus sign does not appear in the filename anymore, the reason the apt-get 
update fails is because the repository is an old one and does not have packages 
for oneiric. Could you please confirm that this is true, and the problem has 
been fixed by replacing the + sign in the filename with an underscore?
