OK, after discussion on IRC, this will be approved, but backed out if we
can't get i18n (bug 932145) fixed by UI Freeze.
The issue with g-c-c was my fault, from having a previous local install
of this app.
Note to archive admins: Only the binary packages activity-log-manager-
control-center and activity-log-manager-common should be promoted.
