There seems to be a serious cookie problem with chromium-browser that
clearing cookies and cache is unable to rectify.

I have used Gmail and Google Voice (GV) concurrently within the same
browser for years and recently I have noticed that browsing to GV
(google.com/voice) while logged into Gmail no longer automatically opens
GV using the active Gmail cookie, but instead redirects to GV's default
login page.

Logging into GV this way subsequently logs out the active instance of
Gmail, and vice versa. The only way I can have both Gmail and GV open
is to open one in an incognito window.

** Affects: chromium-browser (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
