It doesn't work here either. You can change the keyboard shortcuts by
going to System Settings -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts and if you change the
switching workspaces shortcuts, it does nothing. Launching terminal,
making an application sticky, etc, work but switching workspaces does
not.

It's the same behavior on two different precise machines and happened at
the same time. It's clearly a regression.
