Public bug reported:
When a tab/webpage link is dragged from Firefox to the desktop it
appears to the left of where it was dropped, and usually takes a few
seconds to show up.
In some cases the link never appears.
Occasionally the link appears immediately, but still to the left of
where it was dropped.
Materializing to the left started relatively recently.
Lag time from drop to appearance has been around for quite some time.
