Could you please test the following:
open the file /etc/pulse/daemon.conf and change this line:
; deferred-volume-safety-margin = 8000
to
deferred-volume-safety-margin = 1
After changing, close all applications using pulseaudio, then restart
pulseaudio with the "pulseaudio -k" command, and report back whether
this solved your problem or not. Thanks!
