This is definitely not an issue in ModemManager, closing as Invalid.
Daniele, what you're seeing is probably interaction between two very
different things, unrelated to ModemManager. You should ideally file a
bug about this for your own problem to be looked at independently by
developers. You might want to file this against "ifupdown".
