Public bug reported:
Deleted "default" storage pool is recreated every time it is deleted.
This is bad, since it is recreated hard at /var/lib/libvirt, even if a
new "default" was placed.
libvirtd shall use one of the existing storage pools as default, not
forcing one to have a pool named "default" at a fixed position within
the file system.
