Public bug reported:

There remains a problem, or at least incompatibility, between openjdk
and jre from sun.com -- dialog boxes an be displayed with gigantically
over-size height (so much so that they extend above or below the screen
and you can't see the whole box).

Attached are two screen shots of the same application.   The one using
openjdk6 is unusable, the one using jre1.6.0_x from java.com is correct.
The application is a login challenge box from Interactive Brokers's
Trader Workstation application.
